I offer external reviewing services to help you identify the best changes to improve your work and increase cultural inclusion for your team members and others. Areas of focus include instructional pedagogy and training, artistic performance of culturally sensitive topics, student conduct, and anti-discrimination policies and procedures.

Mediation
For two or more parties in conflict, mediation provides a structured and facilitated environment to explore the conflict, understand it more fully, and seek a mutually agreeable resolution.

We can provide direct training to help improve your team’s capacity to directly address conflict in your work and community.

Conflict Coaching
You can think of conflict coaching as “mediation for one.” Conflict coaching can help you explore a specific conflict or help you better understand conflict generally. Conflict coaching can be productive in a single session or spread out over multiple sessions.

When harm has occurred, restorative practices can bring together parties who caused and received harm to identify way to repair harm and move forward together.
